Delivery

Following your order we will track its progress and inform you of an expected delivery date. Delivery is normally within 20 working days of placing your order.

All of the cabins arrive flat packed for self assembly, the construction process is explained in detail in the comprehensive instructions, however, if you need advice please feel free to call us

and one of our experienced team will be happy to help. You shall be notified of the day and time of delivery in advance via telephone call or via your e-mail.

Please note:
With all our log cabins, 2 people are required to assist in the off-loading of the log cabin and someone to sign for the delivery. There must be sufficient access for a 3m x 7m Lorry (equivalent to a large dustbin lorry)

Following delivery please inspect each item to ensure it is not damaged. If an item needs replacing it will be necessary to identify the part, by referring to the instruction booklet, so that a replacement part can be despatched. We will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts which will be despatched by courier as soon as possible.

Please note we cannot replace parts if they have been assembled or a finish has been applied.
